Mike & Rus are back, just in time to discuss the time-travel riddled Season 2 finale of The Flash! Apologies for the poor quality of Rus’s audio; he apparently doesn’t know how to work his mic.
With at least 5 speedsters in this episode and at least 3 instances of time-travel by at least 2 of those speedsters, Rus needs Mike’s help to get up to speed on both The Flash in DC Comics and on Barry Allen’s actions and motivations in this episode. The two discuss the implications of Flash’s actions on the growing CW’s DC superhero universe, and Mike threatens to turn his back on the show if there’s too much soap opera type human interactions in the Season 3 premiere this fall. Rus is all geek-giddy seeing 1990’s TV Flash, John Wesley Shipp, suited up as The Flash once again, but this time as Earth 3’s Jay Garrick Flash, who is inspired by DC Comics’ golden age Flash.
Run, Barry, run!
Chris and Chris are back! Following hot on the heels of their Oscars preview/wrap-up, the guys get to have the last words on the latest film offering from DC, including the irrelevance of Lois Lane, the questionable directional choices of Zach Snyder, and how to do a post-credit sequence the right way. That leads them directly into Marvel Universe territory, where Chris (listen to find out which one!) suggests that DC could learn a thing or two from its competitor. It’s a dirty bomb of Kryptonite thrown right into DC’s face!
Just over two weeks, and Rus & Pat are back! This is another 2 hour episode, but it’s basically two episodes in one. It starts with a brief discussion of Patrick Warburton and Louis CK, leading into the now-late Doris Roberts (Everybody Loves Raymond) which leads into talking about the ’80s show Remington Steele, Pierce Brosnan, and James Bond and Batman films. They then get into who would make a cool villain in the upcoming film Spider-Man • Homecoming. The second half of this episode has the guys talking about personal comics projects they’re working on these days when they should be sleeping (according to doctors — what do they know?).

Chris (from the Thank You for Doing This! podcast) and his buddy Chris, get together to preview the Oscars… one month after they actually aired (in fairness this was recorded a week prior to the Academy Awards, but incompetence kept it from being posted until now… sorry).
Join Chris and Chris for 60+ minutes of hilarity in the debut episode of their new ongoing podcast*!
*If they ever make another one…
Thank You for Doing This! returns after a month. Chris and Pat quickly make up for lost time and discuss Hulk Hogan (at length), Erin Andrews, and The People vs. OJ Simpson. In this week’s episode, Pat and Chris discuss two films they were really excited about and were subsequently let down by: The Revenant and The Hateful Eight. In short: don’t believe the hype! Before that, though, the guys catch up on the gloriously beautiful trainwreck that is The People vs. OJ Simpson. Additional subtitles for today’s episode are: Movies You Don’t Need to See, and How You Shouldn’t Spend 5.5 Hours of Your Life.

The People vs. OJ Simpson is finally here! Pat and Chris dive in to the premiere of FX’s new drama about one of the most famous US court cases featuring former stars of The Naked Gun movies (they never did catch Leslie Nielsen….). From David Schwimmer’s curious casting to John Travolta’s curious everything, the guys dissect the show, the case, their expectations, and maybe even try on some gloves of their own (whatever that means).
